Some of my school projects #1

I'm gonna show you some of my school works from time to time.

This one is my first 3D project for my 3D studies class. Before you go and complaint why is the boy sad, I have my reasons okay! First of all, his name is Sackie(I came up with it after I heard my lecturer say have to have a name for it when we are about to present our project, so last minute). Sackie is sad because he have to carry a heavy bag. It's like a schoolboy have to carry a heavy schoolbag and he's not happy about it. That's my story. Originally, it wasn't suppose to be a boy. It's suppose to be a cute bear carry a bag but I changed it last minute. It became a boy carry a sack. My lecturer is only impress about the sewing I did on the box. Everyone thought I use machine to sew but I used my hand. That's why it took me that long to finish it.

This one is for my design theory class. Basically we are asked to do a design made from shapes, lines, etc. and paint it using black, white and grey poster colors. I did enjoy making this because I design tribal designs in my part time(I should show you some of my designs some day). We were suppose to design ten and use one as the final product and chose this because my lecturer like this. Haha.

So, yeah, this are some of my works. I will show you some more when I finish it. I am currently doing my second 3D project so I should have a post about it in a month's time. I could post it earlier but I don't want you seeing it before my lecturer. Haha.

Have a nice day!
*Oh ya, recommend some projects I should do that you want to see*

Update: Sorry!!

I know I haven't post any of my projects lately and I'm truly sorry about it, but if you read my personal blog, you would understand. Basically I was swamped. I started college last month ago and I haven't really quite settled down yet. I was busy looking for places to stay, moving, assignments and projects. Since I go to an art school, most of my projects that I will show you are from my school assignments and projects. However I will still continue to make other projects that is not for school and just for the fun of it. I have many projects that I have planned to do. I have designed it and all I have to do is just make it.
One of my projects has something to do with fashion but I won't be making clothes. It's basically like making a set. It's gonna be a like a fashion show setting. I did planned to make this last year for a friend who loves fashion but I didn't have the time to actually complete it. I only did like 10% of it and leave it aside. Well, for this project, I also planned to make it for a friend who loves fashion but for another friend. She's a senior in my college and actually studying fashion. I'm doing this because one, I get to finish what I started and two, I want to inspire her. She's been really busy and tired from doing all her works and I want something that shows that it will be worth it. Something that will lighten up her day, something like that. Long story short, I want her to be happy.

Anyways, that's all I'm gonna tell you. I promise to post something more when I move(yes, I'm moving again, second time I'm moving) because my current room is so depressing and small that I don't have the space or mood to do projects if it doesn't have to do with my school assignments.

but for now,
Have a nice day!

Awesome clear stamps

As you can see in my "I read.." section, I read SwissgirlDesigns' blog. She's this amazing person whom I came across on Youtube while looking for scrapbooking ideas. I really like her style as her designs are simple yet awesome. She's different from the other scrapbookers and I love the fact that she doesn't use so much materials to make something pretty.
She also design clear stamps. I looooove her stamps and would one day get my hands on that once I get my own credit card. :P
Anyways, she have this new clear stamps that are going to be released in 2 days time! Go to her blog(click here) to check it out. It's awesome!

A Monkey-face Woman

*Sorry you have to turn your head.

I drew this because I'm applying for college and I have to come up with minimum five artwork. This was one of it. Looks weird doesn't it. At some point you will see that it looks like a monkey. I wouldn't dare tell you who this person is because it came out wrong but here is a clue, she is an actress. I'm just gonna say it's an monkey-face woman. (=_=")

Tell me what you think.

Paper house

I made this many years ago. There used to be a time when female like to make baskets out of magazine strips. I wanted to try to make one. It wasn't successful. So I ended up making this. Sorry if you can't really see it.

Have a nice day!!

Small storage box 2

Three years ago, I bought two packs of ice-cream sticks from Singapore. I have opened one, barely finish and all scattered all over every craft storage I have. Since I'm about to move out soon(probably move to Singapore), I decided to store all my craft supplies nicely so it's easier for me to pack. I started with the ice-cream sticks. One box down, many more to go. Ironically, I'm taking the things I bought from that country back there (=_=").

Feel like weaving

Even I have other projects in mind, I decided to weave something. I wanted to weave something I did in school before but never accomplished the actual design so I decided to try again. It wasn't suppose to be like that but it ended up like that.

So I got extra paper strips and made this. It didn't turn out to be a square, it's a little crooked even if you can't tell that it is.

Have a nice day!!
