Awesome clear stamps

As you can see in my "I read.." section, I read SwissgirlDesigns' blog. She's this amazing person whom I came across on Youtube while looking for scrapbooking ideas. I really like her style as her designs are simple yet awesome. She's different from the other scrapbookers and I love the fact that she doesn't use so much materials to make something pretty.
She also design clear stamps. I looooove her stamps and would one day get my hands on that once I get my own credit card. :P
Anyways, she have this new clear stamps that are going to be released in 2 days time! Go to her blog(click here) to check it out. It's awesome!

A Monkey-face Woman

*Sorry you have to turn your head.

I drew this because I'm applying for college and I have to come up with minimum five artwork. This was one of it. Looks weird doesn't it. At some point you will see that it looks like a monkey. I wouldn't dare tell you who this person is because it came out wrong but here is a clue, she is an actress. I'm just gonna say it's an monkey-face woman. (=_=")

Tell me what you think.

Paper house

I made this many years ago. There used to be a time when female like to make baskets out of magazine strips. I wanted to try to make one. It wasn't successful. So I ended up making this. Sorry if you can't really see it.

Small storage box 2

Three years ago, I bought two packs of ice-cream sticks from Singapore. I have opened one, barely finish and all scattered all over every craft storage I have. Since I'm about to move out soon(probably move to Singapore), I decided to store all my craft supplies nicely so it's easier for me to pack. I started with the ice-cream sticks. One box down, many more to go. Ironically, I'm taking the things I bought from that country back there (=_=").

Feel like weaving

Even I have other projects in mind, I decided to weave something. I wanted to weave something I did in school before but never accomplished the actual design so I decided to try again. It wasn't suppose to be like that but it ended up like that.

So I got extra paper strips and made this. It didn't turn out to be a square, it's a little crooked even if you can't tell that it is.

Have a nice day!!

Small storage box

Originally I made this box for someone's birthday. It was a last minute thing and didn't finish it so I didn't give it. So, now it's mine. It's suppose to store Polaroid pictures. If you want it, you can have it, just ask.
The front.

The back.

Overall and open.

A wedding present

So the project I have been talking about is DONE!!! The wedding project one only. Hehe. The others are not done yet.

So here are some pictures...

It is like an overlapping album. It was suppose to be more patterned and darker but I don't have the materials to do so. Notice that it spells out L-O-V-E... I drew and colored the characters and the other pictures are stickers and cut out from wrapping paper(I'm a wrapping paper collector XD) It begins with the cover. On the second page is about the couple's "earlier" days. Like starting from birth to preschool to teen. It also have picture of when the two first met(not in detail, just a simple picture of a boy and a girl saying "HI"). Then on the second page, it is about the "dating period" and the last page, it is about the "engagement". Just simple pictures I drew. I also you some Alphabet stamps. Wanted to use some clear stamps but I changed my mind. All you see is pink and red. That is just the right side of the page. For the left side, I paste some black paper and stick one or two(on each left side page)pictures that I cut out from the wrapping paper(it was a wedding edition wrapping paper that was TOTALLY CUTE! I just put one or two so that it is enough space for in case the owner of the album wanna put some pictures of their own since I don't have any picture of them even though the bride-to-be is my cousin(yes, there are pictures on her Facebook page but I didn't have time to go print it out). I tent to go to people's Facebook page and take their pictures and print it out and put on the things I'm making for them, like my sister's graduation present.

Please please tell me what you think. Color paper and some wrapping paper was all I have. I didn't have the materials "scrapbookers" normally have.

Have a nice day!!
